ABOUT ME

My name is Azhar shaikh of founder,

and I'm the owner of AFC GYM, a personal training outfit based in Mumbra.

My dream was always to open my own gym and help people achieve their fitness goals. I've been passionate about fitness since I started lifting weights in high school, but it wasn't until college that I found out I had a knack for teaching others to lift safely and effectively.

As a personal trainer, I start by assessing each client's individual needs. Do you want to lose weight? Gain weight? Build muscle? No matter your goals or your current level of fitness, I can help you reach them. If you have medical problems, we'll work around them to create the safest possible workout plan for you.

I work with my clients on a one-on-one basis, following up regularly to make sure they're feeling great about how their workout is going and staying motivated to reach their fitness goals. Once we get started, you'll see results fast—and with just half an hour per day, five times per week, that's all it takes!
